Stories of the Kentucky Campaign will be an overview of the Confederate invasion of Kentucky in 1862, intermingled with first person accounts. Along the way we will try to dispel a few inaccuracies about the campaign and Battle of Perryville.

Darryl R. Smith, a graduate of Miami University and Butler County, Ohio native, is the owner of Walking With History LLC, which provides tours and talks on various Civil War subjects. Tours cover mostly Civil War sites in Kentucky as well as at Fort Donelson. Darryl has spoken to numerous Civil War Round Tables and historical organizations over the years.
