Friday Evenings at the Mathews House
June 14th, July 12th, and August 9th, 6:00 - 9:00 pm
We hope to start a new tradition this summer by offering a number of evening activities and events at the Dr. Increase Mathews House Museum and Gardens.
The June 14th event featured live music by Mike Boley and the lawn, museum tours, and a guided Underground Railroad walking tour around the Putnam Historic District. The July 12th event is fast approaching and will again feature live music and our museum and gardens. Guided UGRR walking tours will begin at the Mathews House at 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30. You are invited to bring a lawn chair and perhaps a picnic, enjoy the music, relax, and spend time strolling through our beautiful gardens.
